All items sold by Mxchange Ltd are used motocross boots and kit. Each item is quality-checked but, as second-hand goods, may show wear or previous repairs. Products are sold as seen, with no warranty, and may not perform to the standard of new equipment. Customers are responsible for checking that items are suitable, safe, and in the desired condition before use. Motocross is a high-risk sport; by purchasing, Customers accept that Mxchange Ltd is not liable for injuries, accidents, damage, or losses arising from use. A 7-day cooling-off period applies from delivery: items may be returned in the same condition, with return postage paid by the Customer unless significantly misdescribed. Refunds are issued after inspection. Liability is limited to the purchase price paid. Purchase confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, governed by the laws of United Kingdom.
